I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor who is licensed in the state of Ohio. I have over 13 years of experience in diagnosing and treating adolescents and adults, providing counseling for depression, anxiety, self esteem, communication skills and behavior concerns in adolescents. My primary interest is in helping individuals gain insight into their self worth in order to better manage life and mental health barriers. The goal is to help clients learn how to adjust negative thinking, improve self care, adjust self esteem and adjust your ability to believe in yourself.
